GitHub URL with .git suffix produces invalid repo name

Description

open-swe's `extract_repo_from_text` does not strip the `.git` suffix from GitHub clone URLs. Input `'https://github.com/langchain-ai/open-swe.git'` returns `{'name': 'open-swe.git'}` — the trailing `.git` is included in the repo name, causing invalid GitHub API calls.

Reproduction

extract_repo_from_text('https://github.com/langchain-ai/open-swe.git')
# Returns: {'name': 'open-swe.git'} — .git suffix not stripped
